Hedi Ben Najah, born in 1954 in Tunis, studied at the University of Tunis and worked as a science teacher. He has lived in Zurich since 1982, where he was a long-time employee of Swissair and served as station manager for Tunisair Zurich. Since his retirement in September 2019, he has been involved in the airport church, assisting passengers and staff.
