Monica Sanz is a seasoned Senior Communication Manager at KPMG ME, specializing in change management, integration, and inclusion, diversity and equity initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in media, communication, and protocol, Monica has a strong background in multicultural relations in business and holds a Diploma in Multicultural Relations from Bocconi University and a BA in Middle East Political Science and Diplomacy. Recently, she has been leading the IDE initiative as the People lead within the Country OIP program at KPMG SLC, focusing on comprehensive change management and communication strategies.
