Fatmé
Fatmé, 11, a Syrian, lives in Lebanon with her family, in a tent on the side of a country road. Her messy hair, her dirty clothes and her love of fighting are cause for debate in her entourage. Her mother asks herself: Is she a girl or a boy? A question to which Fatmé replies with a laugh: "I just want to be the strongest."
